Who we are
The data controller is Titan Wealth, registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. For anything to do with your personal data, contact our data protection contact at [DATA PROTECTION CONTACT EMAIL].
What we collect
When you request the primer we collect:
- Your name, email address and telephone number
- Your country of residence
- Whether you are a US citizen or US tax resident
- Your answers to two context questions: when you expect to return to the UK, and which subject is most on your mind
- Technical data: your IP address, browser user agent, the page that referred you, campaign (UTM) parameters, and advertising cookie identifiers
Why we use it
To send you the primer you asked for, and to contact you about the subjects it covers.
Our lawful bases
- Consent for contacting you by email and telephone. You give this by ticking the box on the form.
- Legitimate interests for the technical and security data, so we can keep the site working, secure, and measure our advertising.
Who we share it with
- Meta Platforms, in hashed (scrambled) form, to measure how well our advertising works
- Our email delivery provider, to send you the primer
- Our CRM, where we keep a record of our contact with you
We do not sell your data.
Cookies and the Meta pixel
This site uses the Meta pixel, which sets an advertising cookie in your browser. When you submit the form we also share your contact details with Meta in hashed form. Hashing turns them into a code that Meta can match against its own users but that cannot be read back. We do this to measure whether our adverts lead to real enquiries.
You can prevent this by blocking third-party or advertising cookies in your browser settings, or by using a browser or extension that blocks tracking.
How long we keep it
We keep your personal data for [NUMBER] months from our last contact with you, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected (rectification)
- Have your data deleted (erasure)
- Restrict how we use it
- Receive it in a portable format
- Object to how we use it
- Withdraw your consent at any time
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
How to exercise your rights
Email [DATA PROTECTION CONTACT EMAIL] or write to us at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Tell us which right you want to use. We will respond within one month. To stop marketing contact, reply "stop" to any email from us or tell us on the phone.
